Start with organizing your flight or drive trips to Kota Kinabalu by determining your arrivals point. For international travelers, we recommend to start with all your visa, passport and identification arrangements as most government agencies recommend a minimum of 6 months passport validity. Some countries (e.g ASEAN countries) do not require visas, while other countries and even Malaysian states have a maximum of 90 days visit pass. This is important for voluntary or research programs. For more detailed information, please visit your local immigration website.
